Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • StrataPhysics Inc.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of software, neural operator weights, multi-physics simulation APIs, and cluster runtimes provided by StrataPhysics Inc. ("StrataPhysics", "we", or "us").
1. Platform License & Supercomputing Execution
Subject to active enterprise agreements and grant allocations, StrataPhysics grants authorized partners a non-exclusive license to ingest continuous geometric CAD fields and receive neural PDE field solutions through our high-performance tensor bridge.
2. Intellectual Property
All underlying Fourier Neural Operator architectures, spectral frequency multiplier layers, Godunov Riemann shock penalizers, and compiled GPU reduction kernels remain the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of StrataPhysics Inc.
3. Governing Law & Entity
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
